Descrizione del processo produttivo

Il processo produttivo della Lavorazione Filati S.r.l. si basa sulla lavorazione e trasformazione di filati sintetici a bava continua nylon, poliestere e polipropilene attraverso i processi acquisizione della fibra, testurizzazione, torcitura e fissaggio, rendendo così la fibra morbida e voluminosa.
Il processo di testurizzazione consiste nella volumizzazione del filato grezzo.
Tale processo avviene attraverso il passaggio del filato in forni ad elevata temperatura (circa 200°C) , in seguito viene effettuata una falsa porsione.
Il processo di torcitura consiste nel ritorsionare il filato per aumentare la tenacità dello stesso.
Il filato, in base alla richiesta dei clienti ed alle caratteristiche del prodotto finale, per poter dare stabilità per le successive lavorazioni al filato, può essere vaporizzato in apposite caldaie.
Infine, il processo relativo al fissaggio; grazie all’azione del vapore si ottiene il fissaggio della torsione del filato e il termofissaggio della fibra; quest’ultima necessaria affinché il residuo restringimento della fibra avvenga prima delle successive lavorazioni.
Successivamente il filato viene controllato in laboratorio, imballato e spedito.
Il nostro laboratorio chimico è altamente tecnologico ed informatizzato, dotato di tutti i macchinari necessari per garantire un alto tasso di qualità ed un ottimo controllo dei nostri prodotti.
Le analisi che quotidianamente vengono effettuate sulla materia prima sono: titolo del filo, tenacità e allungamento, numero e forme delle bave, torsione di stiro (senso e qualità).
Le analisi che sono effettuate sul prodotto finito, infine, sono: titolo, tenacità, allungamento, ensimaggio, crimp rigidity, crimp contraction.

The process of Production

The productive cycle of the firm is acquisition of the fibre, texurization, twisting and fixing.
The process of texurization consist on voluminosity of unrefined yearn.
This process is realized through of furnace with very hot elevated temperature ( 200 Grades ) to obtein a portion while the process of twisting consist on twisted the yearn to increasing the tenacity of it .
If there are particularly demands at the end of travel, the yearn can be vaporizated in the specific furnace for the steadness of product.
Afterwards the yearn is controlled in a laboratory and so it is pack up and send it.
Finally the process concerning to the fixing; thanks to the action of the vapor the fixing of the torsion of the yarn and the thermofixing of the fiber it is gotten; this last necessary so that the residual narrowing of the fiber happens before the following workmanships.
Subsequently the yarn is cheked in the laboratory, packed and expeditious.
Our chemical laboratory is highly technological and endowed with all the necessary machineries to guarantee a tall rate of quality and a good control of our products.
The analyses that are daily effected on the raw material : DTEX , STRENGTH and EXTENTION, number and forms of the drivels, torsion of stretch and analyses that are effected on the ended product are: TITLE, STRENGTH, EXTENTION, CRIMP RIGIDITY, CRIMP CONTRACTION.
